Schedule A
Submission Release Terms & Conditions
- Photos: You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual worldwide right and license to use, reproduce, store, transmit, and communicate your photographic materials or images ("Photos") on any electronic distribution platform or device, including but not limited to websites, phones, personal digital assistants, pagers, and other wireless devices. You must own all rights to the Photos and have permission from individuals appearing in them.
- Submitted Content: You grant us an unlimited right and license to copy, adapt, transmit, communicate, display, perform, distribute, and create derivative works from your Submitted Content. This license is valid for the full term of copyright. You must have the right to grant these rights and ensure they are free of any claims, rights, or obligations.
- Waiver of Moral Rights: You waive any and all moral rights related to your Photos and Submitted Content.
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify us from any claims, actions, losses, or expenses arising from any breach of your representations and warranties.
- Termination: You have no right to terminate the permissions granted herein and waive any rights to seek injunctive or equitable relief against us.
- Legal Advice: You acknowledge obtaining independent legal advice or waiving the right to do so in connection with these terms.
- Release: You release us and our respective parties from any claims, actions, liabilities, and demands related to the exercise of our rights under these terms.
